What are my delivery options?

In Store Pick Up:
You can pick your order up at your local Lincoln Contractors Supply store. There is no charge for In Store pick up.

Business Deliveries: Flat Fee Shipping - $10.00
If your order is delivered to your business address with appropriate unloading facilities (loading dock, forklift, etc.) we will ship your order for a flat fee of $10.00 regardless of the size of the order. If your order requires special handling (i.e. lift gate charges) you will be responsible for those charges. Liftgate and other special handling charges can be in excess of $400.00

Residential Deliveries: Base Fee $10.00
Trucking and delivery companies are allowed to charge an additional fee for deliveries to residential addresses. These additional fees are the responsibility of the customer and are in addition to the normal $10.00 delivery fee.

Freight Truck Terminal Pick Up:
Terminal pick up is where the freight company delivers product to the terminal and the customer then goes and picks the product up. This is an excellent alternative for those customers who do not want to ship to a residential address or do not have the ability to unload products.

Jobsite Deliveries: Flat Fee Shipping - $10.00
Your order can be delivered direct to the jobsite with appropriate unloading facilities (loading dock, forklift, etc.) We will ship your order for a flat fee of $10.00 regardless of the size of the order.  If your order requires special handling (i.e. lift gate charges) you will be responsible for those charges. Lift gate and other special handling charges can be in excess of $400.00

Please consider these options before placing an order. That way you can inform us of which option will be best for you, reducing any confusion or frustration that can occur when trying to receive your orders. Please note which option you would like in the comments field.

What is the difference between In Stock and Special Orders?
In stock items are those products and supplies that we normally stock in our 13 statewide locations. We can generally ship In Stock orders received before 12:00 noon the same day.

Special Orders are products and items that our manufacturers offer but are not normally stocked in our 13 stores. Special Orders may require minimum quantities. Delivery on Special Orders depends on the products ordered and the manufacturers nearest distribution point.

Is the Lincoln Contractors Supply extended warranty available through shopLCSonline.com?
ShopLCSonline.com offers the same extended warranty options as if you made your purchase in one of our stores. The LCS extended warranty doubles the manufacturers warranty for a very low price.

The extended warranty is only $25.00 for qualified products that sell for up to $2,000, $50.00 for products between $2,000 and $5,000, and 2.5% of the purchase price for products over $5,000.
